At Lunchbox Theatre, we are proud of our reputation as the most successful
producer of one-act plays. In 1988, after producing over 100 shows,
Lunchbox Theatre had nearly exhausted the available supply of quality
one act plays. That’s when Stage One was born. With the generous
assistance and cultural vision of Petro-Canada, we launched
THE PETRO-CANADA STAGE ONE PLAYS.
To date, we have developed over 85 new Canadian plays and the potential
for the future is both exciting and limitless.
