Dear Calgary; Thanks to all of you who were so wonderfully supportive of me during my first year as Artistic Director of Lunchbox Theatre. I hope to meet many more of you and hear your thoughts and feelings this season. We have a terrific line-up of plays for you this year, including the best of last season's Petro-Canada Stage One plays, a wonderful play from Toronto's Tarragon Theatre by Michael Healy and Kate Lynch, another crazy comedy from the creators of THE COMPLETE WORKS OF WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE (ABRIDGED). One of my all time favorite Lunchbox Theatre hits from the past, Clem Martini's brilliant THE LIFE HISTORY OF THE AFRICAN ELEPHANT, and the return of Ivanka from Slobjev. If you've seen Ivanka before, you'll know what fun awaits you, and if you missed her last time around, you're in for a real treat. So come spend your lunch break with us. We promise you a noon-hour of the best entertainment in Calgary!
